What this website does
Exclusive Apparel is preparing its first collection. This website lets you preview the collection, join a waiting list and send a contact message. It does not currently accept orders, payments or customer account registrations.
Information you choose to provide
The waiting-list form collects your email address, first name, surname, cellphone number, selected phone country and calling code, collection interest and the preview item you selected, if any. Optional gender and non-overlapping age ranges describe the intended wearer, who may differ from the subscriber. We use these optional details to understand collection interest. We also record when you joined, adult/guardian confirmations and the version of your consent. We do not ask for an exact birthday. The contact form collects the contact details, enquiry topic and message you submit. Please do not include passwords, bank details, identity documents or a child’s contact details or identifying information in these forms. Only adults should submit contact details. For an intended wearer under 18, a parent or guardian must confirm joining and use their own name and contact details. Optional age ranges describe collection interest, not a verified age or identity.
Launch notifications and consent
We use waiting-list details to organise launch and collection-availability updates. The consent checkbox is not preselected. Joining the list does not create an account, reserve an item or commit you to a purchase. New signups queue a Resend confirmation email and a separate FormSubmit notification to our team at 1exclusiveapparel@gmail.com. Confirmations may arrive on following days when the daily email allowance is reached. The cellphone number is included in your request to the team; it is not used for promotional calls or SMS. Your signup is saved when the form shows its success message. Duplicate emails are kept as one signup rather than added repeatedly.
Access, providers and security
Waiting-list records and delivery queues are held in Supabase. Country summaries describe the selected phone numbering country, not verified residence. Access to the management dashboard and exports requires the owner’s private management password. The website uses HTTPS in production and limits signup and sign-in attempts. Short-lived, hashed request identifiers are used for abuse controls; the waiting-list record does not include a raw IP address. The hosting provider may maintain operational logs under its own policies. FormSubmit processes the contact request (name, surname, cellphone, email, collection interest and selected product) and sends it to our Gmail inbox. Resend processes the customer confirmation email. We do not include the optional gender or age range in either message. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions in its archive for 30 days. Queued message copies are kept securely in the database for delivery retries. We do not sell this list.
Cookies and browser storage
Visitors do not need an account or a shopping bag to join the waiting list. The pre-launch website does not save signup details in local storage and does not enable advertising or analytics cookies. Management sign-in uses a secure, HttpOnly cookie that expires after one hour. Signing out clears it. Older shopping-bag data from a previous version may remain on your device, but it is not used by the pre-launch signup form.
Removal, correction and retention
Use Contact us to request removal, correction or access to your waiting-list information. Use the same email address where possible so the owner can verify the request. Authorised management can remove a signup from the active list. Waiting-list information should only be retained while needed for the launch communications you requested; the owner must also review and delete unnecessary exported copies and notification emails in the team inbox. Removing a signup also removes its queued email copy, but cannot recall an email already being sent or delivered. Host backups may follow the provider’s retention schedule. Do not join again after removal unless you want to give fresh consent.
Contact messages and changes
Contact messages are used to answer the enquiry and handle requests such as removal from the list. Use the Contact us page to raise a privacy concern. This notice will be updated before introducing sales, accounts, additional marketing or materially different uses of your information.
